Full Stack Java Developer (Devops Payments)

FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER (DEVOPS PAYMENTS)

A Full stack Java Developer (Devops Payments) is urgently required for a long-term, lucrative project with a market leading Financial Services client based in Amsterdam.

The Full stack Java Developer (Devops Payments) will IDEALLY have 65%+ of the following skills and experience:

- Academically trained in technical IT training (Computer Science or related)
- General banking knowledge is nice to have (eg: General Education Banking)
- Studious, ambitious, progressive
- Strong communication skills, team player
- Knowledge and experience with agile/scrum methodologies and DevOps
- Continuous delivery of knowledge is a must; process and tooling (eg Ansible or Nolio, GIT, Jenkins, Maven, GreenHat, SoapUI, QTP, Nexus, Sonar, test automation tooling)
- Knowledge of Scripting tools (eg JavaScript, SQL)
- Knowledge of Java, Linux, Cassandra, Angular/Polymer
- SCRUM/Agile methodology
- English mandatory, Dutch speakers strongly preferred

The Full stack Java Developer (Devops Payments) will work according to the latest methods within complex IT projects and will work in a DevOps team to develop and manage multiple applications.

The Full stack Java Developer (Devops Payments) will work on the analysis, design, development, configuration and testing of applications and the work will include:

- Contributing to the further implementation of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Improvement
- Refining the product backlog with the team and the Product Owner
- Analysing, designing, and (primarily) developing and testing software;
- Developing and implementing (automated) test cases
- Analysing and solving bugs and defects
- Contributing to the development of both Front End (angular) and Back End applications.
