THE FULL-STACK JAVA DEVELOPER WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Strong analytical skills and conceptual & (software) architectural understanding
- Strong social and communication skills (sparring partner for our business colleagues, speaks up)
- 3+ years application development experience
- 5+ years' experience with Back End development (Java 8, Spring) and tooling (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, etc.)
- 3+ years' experience with Front End development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components)
- Experience with test driven development & test automation
- Experience with continuous delivery and deployment
- Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams and agile way of working
- Drive to explore and learn new technology, work on hobby projects and share this with colleagues
- Fluent English speaking and writing

THE FULL-STACK JAVA DEVELOPER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- setting up a web-scale architecture in which high performing engineers work end-to-end agile. Resulting in for example the best mobile app for several years in a row.
- The purpose of tribe is to empower engineers to build and run IT
