FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER - BRUSSELS (EUR500-EUR550)
Exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious EU organisation in Brussels.
We are on the outlook for an exceptional Full Stack Java Developer with a minimum of 10 years in Analysis/development in Java/JEE environments.
This is a long-term contract of work with real possibilities of renewal. You could stay working for years as a contractor/freelancer!
DESCRIPTION
. Architecture and design of information systems,
. Review of the architecture of existing systems,
. Design and development of component architecture and building blocks,
. Analysis of the integration of different information systems,
. Data analysis and Datamodelling,
. Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture,
. Assistance and participation in the analysis of requirements, prototyping, development of new functionalities, maintenance of applications, integration of technological components, testing, deployment,
. Production of technical documentation and user documentation (in English),
. Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor Degree in IT (or relevant field) with minimum 10 years in Analysis/development in Java/JEE environments OR Master Degree with minimum 8 years in Analysis/Development in Java/JEE environments
. Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Oriented Environments
. Minimum 4 years' experience is needed in SOAP/REST/Web Services, Products/Tools Application Server (Tomcat/, WebLogic);
. Excellent knowledge of applications design
. Excellent knowledge of and proven experience with: Java/JEE, JPA, Hibernate,
. Web: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
. Frameworks: Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot
. Build tool: Ant
. Testing: JUnit
. IDE: Eclipse
. Database: Oracle 11g, SQL and PL/SQL
. Experience in Jackson would be considered an asset
. Methodologies: RUP, Agile
. Good redaction skills
. Ability to give technical presentations
. Excellent written and oral command of English
