FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER

One of my leading financial services clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. Interviews taking place immediately!

THE FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- 3-year experience as Java software Engineer
- some experience with nodeJS
- 2-year experience with ReactJS, AngularJS or Polymer
- You are familiar with (complex) web infrastructures, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
- Experience in working in Agile/Scrum DevOps teams is mandatory
- Knowledge of Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), GIT, NPM, Python and NoSQL Cassandra.

THE FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You are responsible for creating a script that stores data from existing services (Kafka topics and web interfaces) into a noSQL Cassandra database.
- You will design and implement a nodeJS or Java RESTful API and an Angular or Polymer Front End.
- We work with the newest agile processes, what means that learning from each other, failing and winning together are very important.
- Besides that, we strongly believe in Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery.
