FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITER

DURATION: 3-month contract (W2); possible extension

LOCATION: Honolulu

JOB NUMBER: 60343

CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

STANDARD WORK HOURS: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Building strategy, coordinating offers, etc
- Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs
- Conducts reference checks
- May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates
- Will be managing an approximate average of 30 requisitions

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- 3-6 Years Full life cycle recruitment experience
- High School diploma
- Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and follow-through

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- Full life cycle recruiting in Health Care
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Lotus Notes
