- Respond to inbound calls regarding company products
- Utilize excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge on Brand Products and guarantee programs.
- Own a customer complaint until it is resolved.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Veterinary clinic experience is a strong plus
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
