Frontend (GUI) Software Development Engineer (m/f)

Aufgaben:

- You are working with a distributed high redundant IT system in the field of Emergency Call Centers
- You are member of an agile SW team
- You are working on the extension of existing Java SW components
- You will implement and test new features
- You will document the software design and implementation

Skills:

- Qualified senior engineer in SW engineering or IT systems for at least 3 years
- Extensive work experience in the area of software development
- Good knowledge of object-oriented design and programming
- Good knowledge of Java (Java 7), JavaFX, XML, UML, SQL, JUnit (programming including unit test experience)
- Minimum 2 years exposure to the SWING Framework
- Experience in use of development tools (Eclipse, Enterprise Architect, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, ActiveMQ, Maven, Wire Shark, DOORS, SVN)
- Experience with JMS, VoIP, Design Patterns, Clean Code principles, Distributed Systems
- Knowledge of LINUX and Windows OS, multi-threading
- English & German language fluent
- Ability to work independently
- Good team player
