Front Support Rollout - Digital Advisory wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree in a relevant field or comparable professional experience, ideally with Project Management certification
- 5+ years' experience as a business supporter in the financial industry and with providing individual coaching to senior level employees
- Knowledge of typical RM needs, product, services and advisory tools
- Regulatory background in MIFID II
- Good technical and communicational skills coupled with a well-structured and solution-orientated mind-set and the willingness to regularly travel within Switzerland
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing Front Office support with high quality as well as ground support of the front users and coaching for front colleagues, other front business applications and regulatory topics
- Supporting Quality Assurance in testing activities for global releases
- Analysing current problems and solution identification and performing special tasks in consultation with Rollout Manager
- Taking leadership in complex requests overlapping different advisory solution units or divisions
- Supporting conceptional work as well as providing presentations and documents
