Do YOU have the following skills/experience? - Excellent academic background - minimum 2.1 degree from a leading University - 2 to 3 years Strategy Consulting experience (ideally FS) within a leading Tier 1 Management Consultancy - Excellent attention to detail - Outgoing, extroverted and confident personality - Refined stakeholder management skills The requirement is for a strategy focused individual to come on board as a Junior Business Manager within a Front Office Risk Management function, operating as a private side derivatives sales business comprising over 240+ salespeople globally. The ideal candidate will have recently completed a Graduate scheme with a Tier 1 consulting firm, focusing on strategy within the FS practice, and is now open to considering external options. The role will include some of the following; - Direct involvement in key business initiatives, strategic planning exercises and projects - Managing client surveys and award submissions - Managing pipeline and forecasting - MIS reporting - financial analysis, headcount management Role is largely strategic but a solid grounding within Front Office operations - ultimate career trajectory?
