GATWICK
As Front Office Manager you will be based at the Sofitel London Gatwick, 518 Bedroomed Hotel, located at the North Terminal. The hotel boasts 11 Meetings rooms, La Brasserie (2 Rosette) Restaurant, Urban Café and La Terrace Bar.
AIM OF ROLE:
- To ensure smooth operation within the Front Office team, to contribute to the achievement of the highest possible standards.
- Motivate and train the staff to the highest standards of guest care
- Manage key client relationships
- Analyse and act upon results from Balance Scorecard and System Audits i.e. Olakala and Trip Advisor
- Ensure that Sofitel Brand Standards are fully applied
COMPETENCIES:
- Influence and inspire confidence with all hotel ambassadors
- Coach, support and challenge to deliver performance
- Work with people to build effective and productive relationships
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a similar size property
- Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage
