FRONT OFFICE CONTROLS BUSINES ANALYST REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AVP

Front Office Controls Busines Analyst to join regulatory-driven project within Global Operations at T1 Investment Bank. Due to the existing market conditions this project is sponsored by top level management and considered a priority item for delivery.

MAIN FUNCTION

This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join the EMEA project team to ensure Front Office controls are delivered to meet and exceed global regulatory requirements.

MAIN DUTIES

- Run workshops with Compliance and COO's to illicit requirements and agree procedures to meet requirements
- Turn control requirements into written supervisory procedures and supporting operating manuals
- Facilitate the review and sign off process in a time pressured environment
- Responsible for the engagement and assessment of new requirements or processes
- Assist with managing cross product, cross region inventory of all controls and ensure common controls are rolled out across the region
- Escalating any issues to the project manager as soon as identified and providing regular status updates
- Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors within each business unit and IT delivery teams.
- Identify and act on opportunities to deliver efficiencies, reduce timescales and improve flows between business areas.
