Successful applicants will be tasked with providing a reliable, efficient and consistent formalised engagement for the Business to their support IT organisation. They will also act as a conduit between 3rd level support areas and the business by gathering all necessary information for further diagnosis.
KEY SKILLS:
* Strong Trade floor support experience and strong Fixed Income Business knowledge (Credit, Rates, EM)
* Strong relationship management
* Strong Service Ethos, where the client is considered top priority
* Strong organisational, administration and multi tasking skills
. Knowledge of key vendor systems utilised at HSBC - Bloomberg, ION
