Front of House Receptionist
Competitive salary - permanent role - one full time - one part time.

OBJECTIVE:
Work within a highly professional reception team, demonstrating excellent working knowledge of the company and its departments, with full and up-to-date knowledge of employees (joiners and leavers). You will be required to provide a 5* star service to liaise with guests and callers, in a professional and friendly manner. Proven experience in working with a Top FTSE 100 company is required for this position.

DESCRIPTION OF KEY TASKS:
*Greet visitors in a courteous and timely manner, notify staff of their arrival and offer refreshments.
*Maintain meeting room appointment book.
*Assist IT with the setting up of video conferences in meeting rooms
*Answer incoming calls promptly, and redirect/take messages.
*Organise and maintain adequate supplies of refreshment
*Organise meeting refreshments, and in house luncheon bookings for meeting rooms.
*Maintaining a tidy appearance within the reception area and meeting rooms at all times.
*Arrange taxi bookings
