Job Title: Front of House Facilities Support (12 month FTC)

Location: Horizon House, Epsom, Surrey

Salary: £24,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours

You will oversee and co-ordinate all aspects of service delivery, specifically dedicated to a single location but with flexibility to travel to support additional Deloitte sites. This is predominantly a front of house role with additional responsibilities which include involvement in overseeing sub contractors and Serco staff, where applicable, to ensure the seamless delivery of Housekeeping and M&E services. This role is client facing and is the key Serco contact within the regional offices and as such communication skills, initiative and a flair for delivering customer service are essential requirements.

Your duties will also include:

- Ensuring directly employed and sub contractor staff understand and commit to the delivery of standards outlined within the performance management system
- To provide an exceptional welcome to clients and visitors, presenting a professional image of the firm to clients at all times
- Accountable for high service delivery within the designated Deloitte site to client requirements
- Reporting on the facilities general condition and repair in terms of maintenance reporting and hazard spotting liaising with the M&E team as appropriate

Essential skills / qualifications / experience for the role

- PC literacy, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate to all levels on both the client side as well as within Serco
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to work alone, using own initiative
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a logical manner
- Previous experience of working in a client facing role in a busy, professional office environment
- Possess a soft services/Facilities background
- Basic health and safety awareness
