FRONT END WEB DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER REDMOND, WA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

HTML 5, CSS3 and JavaScript on the .NET stack. The position involves creating stable, sleek, Front End web applications by utilizing provided web APIs. The job involves interpreting and translating provided UI specs and coming up with prototypes which would then be finalized for production. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll get to work on projects in quick successions to one another. You will be working with a small SCRUM team on a series of exciting new initiatives. As part of a small team you will participate in all parts software development cycle with a greater emphasis on design and implementation of the UI. You will be expected to move quickly and deliver on deliver on deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and Develop web-based user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like JQuery, JQueryUI etc.
- Quickly develop prototypes for UI interfaces that incorporate new innovative ideas.
- Work with other developers in the team through the design, implementation, documentation and maintenance phase of projects.
- Write high quality code that is well tested and is maintainable by others.
- Effectively communicate status updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

- iOS or other mobile framework a must
- 5+ years of software development experience focused on rich responsive User Interface for website development
- Good knowledge of programming language experience with C#/C++
- Skills to craft HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 to meet fluid performance and rich design
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
