Front End Web Developer Job

FRONT END WEB DEVELOPER II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Allentown, PA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Agile experience.
- CSS, JavaScript, XML, web services (SOAP).
- Database design.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Lead the Front End application development efforts within cross functional technology team to support various business and functional needs.
- Focus will be on transforming customer business requirements into a comprehensive solution using the appropriate methods, tools, and technologies in an R&D environment.
- Maintaining a growing library of dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations using a variety of visualization tools and techniques.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in agile development and systems integration for the web.
- Proficient knowledge in core web technologies including CSS, JavaScript (D3.js, jQuery, node.js) framework, XML/JSON, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Expertise with designing and maintaining relational databases (SQL) as well as NOSQL databases.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with ASP.NET/C#, ASP.NET Ajax and Silverlight is a plus.
- Engineering/Computer Science background is desirable.
