Front-end Web Developer for Multinational Institution in the Hague/Net

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FRONT END WEB DEVELOPER TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE/NETHERLANDS.

DELIVERABLES:

- Development of JavaScript/JQuery projects (web based solutions incl. portal applications)
- Testing (unit, integration and regression tests).
- Object-oriented analysis and design.
- Technical documentation.
- Product (platform) migration.
- Reporting to the technical team manager.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, DOJO, JSON
- Excellent knowledge of HTML 4/5, XHMTL, CSS Level 2+, XML, DTD/XML schema, XSL
- Excellent knowledge in applying REST and web/AJAX security measures
- Unix/Linux (SLES 11), Win XP, W7;
- Familiarity with Java, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, RDF, Dublin Core and Eclipse IDE is a plus.
- Experience in a production environment of Object Oriented Design using UML.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Working knowledge of agile project management methodologies
- Familiar with enterprise desktop applications: IBM Lotus Notes, MS Office
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
