Projektbeschreibung
Front End/JavaScript Developer
Function:
* Create custom solutions for our internal and external clients:
- Develop/extend components (directives), services, for a custom made web application using AngularJS,
- Able to develop with browser Legacy support (IE9+),
- Able to take the project into own hands and work independently,
- Able to give input to the project to improve the platform,
- Functionality above design,
* Integrate with an Agile Scrum team:
- Effectively communicate with the rest of the Scrum team (Product Owner, Back End Developer, QA Analyst and Business Analyst),
- Indicate performed and upcoming activities as well as known impediment/issues,
- Express issues in a clear, consistent and understandable manner (written, verbal),
- Take ownership of all assigned tasks and project related assignments,
- Ensure direct communication over email chain to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal),
* Able to focus on deadlines and deliverables in an autonomous manner,
* Enthusiastic about her/his field and related technologies,
* Able to present the team as well as our products in a positive and professional manner.
Technical Skills
* English and French fluent: written and oral
* Proven track record (2 years+) with
- JavaScript
- AngularJS
- Developing and integrating in web based applications
- HTML5, CCS3, SASS
- Compass, NodeJS
- JS Unit Testings
* Experience of the following:
- Bootstrap
- REST
- SVN
* Nice to have:
- JavaScript libraries like jQuery, Underscore,
- AngularJS modules like Angular Datatables, Angular Resources, Angular UI Bootstrap,
Education/Experience
* Bachelor or Masters of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent,
* 2 years experience in building industry proven AngularJS solutions,
* Experience integrating in a Scrum driven development team,
* Multi-cultural experience on geographically distributed projects is a plus,
* Experience with financial data is a plus.
