Front End Java Applications Manager L2/L3 (5164)

For a project at our client's site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

FRONT END JAVA APPLICATIONS MANAGER L2/L3 (5164)

You will be responsible for the complete life cycle of the Java-based Front End systems. You will interact and partner with internal stakeholders and project teams and you are encouraged to continuously drive innovation and simplification.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- MULTIPLE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE COMMERCIAL IT FIELD, WITH FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY FOCUS
- SEVERAL YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN JAVA-BASED FRONT END SYSTEMS AND CRM APPLICATIONS AS AN APPLICATION MANAGER
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF J2EE APPLICATIONS
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management
- Experience in ITIL, certification is a plus
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN & SPOKEN), GERMAN (SPOKEN) AND FRENCH IS AN ASSET

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain, design and develop Front End Java applications for 500 Users
- L2 and L3 Support and interface with other L1, L2 and L3 support teams (internal and external)
- Engage, support and interface with business application owners, project teams, and other business stakeholders
- Participate and support the Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management process
- Maintain and update application documentation and operations manual
- Act as the SME and single point of contact with Third Party Service Providers assigned with productions support and change activities related to the applications owned
