Must haves:

-Angular 1 deep knowledge
-Vanilla js
-Node js deep knowledge
-Deep analytic skills (debugging)
-Automated testing
-HTML/CSS
-Performance
-ES6/ES5/Conceptual changes

Nice to haves:

-Angular 2 knowledge
-Easy in travelling
- Analytic skills
-Visible work history
-Webpack/bundler/system js/etc.
-NoSQL
-Isomorphic apps
-Setting up build streets
-Shell Scripting
-Docker/CF knowledge
-Bootstrap/Java/Tomcat
-Knows more then only FE (Polyglott)
-Socket (Real Time) experience (rustfull/SOA/etc.)
-Can explain patterns/architecture concepts
