A leading customer engagement agency is looking for an experienced front end developer to join their team. This agency deal with some of the leading names in luxury.

Skills and experience required for this role:

* Expert-level understanding of standards-driven HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
* Extensive cross-browser and cross-device development experience.
* Experience of working with WordPress and Joomla.
* Familiarity with mobile development, including responsive design and touch capabilities.
* Deep understanding of the principles of web accessibility and user-centred design/development.
* Knowledge and experience of HTML email best practice.
* Image production techniques using Photoshop.
* Experience of HTML5, JS, CSS development for iOS and Android to create hybrid apps (e.g. PhoneGap).
* Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
* Excellent awareness of and ability to code around various security exploits such as XSS, SQL Injection using best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems.
* Ability to work in a team with other developers and designers.
* Desire to learn new skills.

Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

* Experience with Magento theme development.
* Ecommerce experience.
* Any experience in PHP frameworks such as Zend, Code Igniter or Symfony.
