My client are a well-respected corporation based in South West London and they require the services of two talented/self-motivated Front End Developers to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. You will be joining an Agile team of highly skilled professionals and will play a positive part in an extremely exciting project. Key skills and responsibilities:
- Demonstrable application/HTML development experience
- Must have: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (Angularjs is highly desirable) experience
- Mandatory: Automated acceptance frameworks (preferably Jasmine)
- Strong UX awareness and UI design optimization
- Building and supporting large single page applications.
- Use of performance tools to optimise large applications.
- Couch and pouch experience.
- Use of vanilla JS
- Strong experience developing, designing & debugging web services connected applications.
- Strong problem solving skills to identify root causes of issues and identify novel solutions to design challenges.
- Strong understanding of the latest features and development best practices, including features in upcoming SDKs, resource optimisation techniques etc
- Strong experience of implementing (App) security frameworks
- Experience of working with large projects, delivering specific products to required deadlines.
- Ability to capture user requirements and translate into needs and solutions.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- SSL/HTTPS Secure Apps is desirable
- Desirable: Cordova
- Developing & debugging web service connected apps (designing is only desirable)
