Front-End Developer - English & French OR Dutch Speaking

Our client sells electricity, natural gas and energy services.
They regularly offer homes and businesses new applications and new customised services they can use to manage their energy consumption and environmental impact, while increasing their comfort where possible.
Our client are looking to add a number of new pure Front End Developers to the team.
Objective:
For an innovation project around IoT B2B services, a data integration platform is under construction. The platform handles all sort of structured and unstructured data (batched and Real Time streams) coming from different IoT devices. This data is transformed into insights for business (analytics, alerts, forecasting).
The mission of the job is to design and develop on top of this data platform, a Front End application (responsive design for desktop and mobile) including monitoring dashboards, messaging communication, advanced analytics.
The project will be executed in an agile environment with multiple sprints and open collaboration between different stakeholders (customers), business (sales, product mgt) & IT teams.
You will be part of the innovation & architecture team of IT sharing ideas & thoughts, proposing improvements and learning about the renewable energy sector in full transformation.
Competency Experience:
- JavaScript (with knowledge of ES6) 3 years
- Vue.js 2 (or experience with similar framework like Angular.js, React.js, ) 1 year
- Responsive HTML/CSS development 2 years
- Bootstrap (or Bulma) 1 year
- JSON & XML Processing 2 years
- SOA principles (SOAP, REST) 2 years
Languages:
Fluent in English and good understanding of French or Dutch
Additional competencies/skills required
- You are customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a learning mentality
- You are a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently
- UML (able to read and understand)
- Experience with agile methodologies
Nice to have competencies
-Experience with Intellij/Webstorm
- Experience with Webpack and npm
- Experience with Sass
- Experience with CMS development (Knowledge of Magnolia CMS would be an asset)
