Front End Developer

Basic role:

The project is a .NET CMS based Responsive website for a leading property investment company. Working in a team of 5 developers (2 CMS, 2 UI, QA) you will primarily be working on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery components and templates using the clients responsive framework. You will be the Front End Developer working alongside one of their permanent Front End Developers and have the ability to write clean code against their standards. The project will be run iteratively using JIRA as a project tracking tool. Reporting to the Lead Developer of the project and to The Head of Development.

GENERAL

- Involvement in developing and maintaining best practice development standards
- Liaison with test resource on platform, browser and accessibility testing standards
- Development of knowledge for accessible template construction
- Actively participate in developing our UI offer eg HTML5, CSS3
- Liaison with information architecture and design resource to validate suitability of design work.
