Front End Developer

Front End Developer Required for 2 month contract in Brussels

Proteus Europe, acting as an IT recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Frontend Developer to fulfil a 2 month contract beginning in March 2014. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who is looking to secure roles for the coming year.

For this role you will be responsible for the publication of election results in March 2014. You will part of a team responsible for publishing these results through various different methods such as; online, mobile, radio, TV and Teletext. Being able to cross function the delivery of results is imperative for this role.

You must be able to consistently perform and communicate in a fast paced, challenging environment in a professional manner. Playing strong attention to detail is a must and you must have a critical way of thinking to ensure the best possible outcome for the project.

Your technical skill set must include a minimum of 3 years with the following:

- 3 J experience with Javascript, JQuery, CSS3 and HTML5
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device issues
- Sense of UX and chart
- Experience with svn
- Knowledge of JavaScript unit testing is a plus

French/Dutch language skills will be an asset for this opportunity.
