Front-End Developer

FRONT END DEVELOPER - CONTRACT - ROTTERDAM

My client, a successful start-up is seeking a talented and proficient Front End Developer. This is to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, using cutting-edge technologies on an innovative product. They are seeking someone who possesses good commercial experience with Angular.js for a single-page application.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

- Expert-level professional experience working with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Sass
- Proven experience building responsive web interfaces with Javascript frameworks (either Emberjs or Angular.js)
- Solid knowledge of API concepts
- Knowledge of accessibiliy and usability best-practices
- Impeccable visual design skills
- Familiar with version control and best practices (Git)
- Confidence in your technique, and openess to help teammates
- Awareness of the latest trends and up-to-date with latest technologies and techniques
- Leadership abilities, and the ability to work closely with other developers in a small team
- Experience in working with iOS and Android interfaces
- An understanding of agile development ideas: scrum, test/behavior-driven development, code-evaluate-iterate
