FRONT END DEVELOPER

A Front End Develop is required by our client to suppor the development of a high volume, high availablity financial application web application.

Extensive experience with Java development, preferably within a banking environment
Experience with Agile development

. Experience with HTML, XHTML, HTML5 and ' advanced user interfaces ' build.
. Experience with CSS lay-out/styling techniques.
. Experience with Unobtrusive Javascript.
. Experience with YUI Library.
. Experience with Progressive Enhancement.
. Experience with responsive web design.
. Experience with web guidelines ( W3C standards ) and related methods. ( eg. unobtrusive Scripting, accessibility ).
. Experience working with Javascript.
. Knowledge of Photoshop ( pre).
. Knowledge and/or experience with Content Management Systems.
. Swell to work independently and in a team.
. Experience with Agile/Scrum develop methods ( certified )
. Experience with ' offshore ' work
