Project Overview
Assist the Front Business Areas with all questions regarding payments (payment products, payment processes, coordination and prioritization of complex and/or urgent payments and application and tool support).
Key Responsibilities
- Resolving internal clients queries related to payments transactions
- Actively manage queries and take over full problem ownership
- Proactive communication to Client Relationship Managers and Assistants on solution options
- Liaise with Back Office, Front Office and other functions (eg, Product Management, IT etc.) in order to ensure high quality and no risk query resolution
ESSENTIALS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the field of international payments transactions
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of the banking business especially front facing
