Proteus Europe is searching for a Front/Back End Developer for our client based in Brussels, Belgium
Our Client:-
Our client is the European Commission; the bustling and dynamic executive heart of the European Union. Be part of the heart of politics on the continent, with numerous exciting directives and projects in the pipeline covering all 27 member states, the European Commission is indeed one of the most inspiring and relevant places to work in Europe in the current economic and political climate. Set in the beautiful and historic city of Brussels the European Commission headquarters are located in the centre of the city, within easy reach of all public transport.
Your New role:-
The tasks are related to the development of information systems, their implementation and maintenance of the CAP Information Systems. It is expected that the proposed person will ensure technical directions and choices, will design, realize and validate long-term, reliable and adaptive technical systems. The Contractors staff will execute the contract under the project management methodology and the Agile software development methodology that DG AGRI will use to monitor the deliverables. The Contractor will make provision in order that its staff does not consider the implementation of that monitoring as direct orders given by the Commission.
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
Additionally, are required:
- an experience of at least 5 years in each of the following technologies and tools:
.Spring
.Hibernate
.SQL
- an experience of at least 3 years in each of the following technologies and tools:
HTML
XML
JavaScript
.SOAP
- an experience of at least 2 years
Vaadin
