French Speaking SAP Technical Architect

Proteus Europe is searching for a speaking French SAP Expert Technical Architect available to start with a project based in Brussels.

YOUR NEW ROLE:-

Architectural design during project design and implementation phases:
Update, draft or validate technical architecture files for all applications made under the responsibility of the company project managers, integrating software packages or specific developments.
- Support the technical architecture files before validation committees.
- Accompany the project manager on all technologies implemented.
- Cross-functional skills in the field of technical architecture are prerequisites: hosting concepts, inter-application and inter-IS connectivity, security, identity and access management, Windows OS systems, Unix, Linux, network solutions. virtualization (ESX, Cloud, etc ...), storage, backup, archiving, GED systems, database management systems, Middleware products like SAP, Oracle, Citrix, IIS, interfaces concepts with FTP protocols (s), SFTP, HTTP (s), AS2, SOAP, etc.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance rules on the scope of the applications entrusted to it.

Comparative studies of application and technical solutions in the form of architectural scenarios:
Pilot technical projects to build the technical architecture.
- It is thus a question of carrying out architectural studies, and evaluating the technical solutions (performance, security, availability, integrity, traceability, conformity to the reference system) and the economic plan in order to guarantee the performances, the operability and maintainability of applications.
- Moreover, the service provider will carry out impact studies, for the projects concerned, of any new solution, on the architecture and to guarantee the coherence of the technical choices in a concern of control of the costs and optimization of the IS.
- Look for IS or extra IS hosting solutions, ensuring in this last case the compliance of the solution with the security rules (management of authentication, identity propagation, etc.) and application cross-connection .

Capitalization and modelling of architectures defined within the groups IS reference system:
Update all the architecture data modeled with the group modelling tool as part of the development of the IS repository. This capitalization task will be done for each of the projects treated. This batch is optional in the sense that the modelling rules are not currently applicable. These actions will be activated during the period of this mission.
Being force of proposal on needs not yet declared by the biai of a control of the perimeters of intervention

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:-

Essential Skills:-
SAP ERP, HANA SAP, S4HANA, SAP BI, Cloud (private/public)
Citrix, IIS, concepts interfaces with FTP (s), CFT, HTTP (s)

Knowledge of technologies in the following areas of architecture:
- Mandatory experience/knowledge:
- Concepts and technical architectures for many of the products listed below:
- SAP ERP
- SAP HANA
- S4HANA
- SAP BI
- Cloud (private/public)

DESIRABLE SKILLS:-
- Middleware products like Citrix, IIS, the concepts of interfaces with FTP (s), CFT, HTTP (s).

Would be a plus:
- Experience in the energy sector.

It is specifically expected:
- Transversal knowledge of the corresponding expertise, able to make impact studies, technical and economic performance of these solutions, consulting, drafting standards, in addition to being technical experts specializing in solutions.
- Proficiency in the English language (writing documents, presentations, meetings).
- Expertise in architecture and technical and business risk analysis methods.
- Mastery of study techniques, diagnostics and audits.
- Rigor, taste of advice and contacts, listening skills.
- Autonomy and taste of teamwork.
- Knowledge of the industrialization of production (methodology, processes, etc.) with a view to the future transition to production.
- Scrupulous respect of the procedures put in place (project process, documentation, reporting)
- Knowledge of infrastructure methodologies (TOGAF, Archimate)
- the mastery of an infrastructure modelling tool (MEGA, ARIS, iServer)
