FRENCH SPEAKING SAP MM P2P - BELGIUM - 6 MONTHS

My client currently has an urgent 6 month contract opportunity for a French Speaking SAP MM P2P Consultant to be based in Belgium.

The chosen candidate will be need to have immediate availability as well as experience relevant to the job specification detailed below:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To ensure the support and maintenance of the MM module in respect of the Core solution and a SAP standard approach.
- To participate to ongoing Transformation Project of the EPI Business Unit which consists in harmonization and enhancement of the SAP solution.

SKILLS:

- Focus on MM (PURCHASE TO PAY & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT)
- knowledge of modules WM & QM is a plus
- Very good knowledge of the MM module
- Minimum project experience of 4-5 years (all phases) on SAP MM module.
- MM business processes knowledge.
- Customizing knowledge
- HOW TO DEBUG ABAP-CODE and find an error? Candidates do not need to be able to write, but need to UNDERSTAND ABAP-CODE
- THE DATABASE STRUCTURE WITHIN PROCUREMENT
- Has experience in how INTERFACES ARE SET UP
-FLUENT ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN FRENCH & ENGLISH
-FLUENT WRITING IN MOTHER TONGUE (FRENCH) AND ENGLISH

ADDITIONAL:

- Experience in IS-Oil & Gas + Experience with module RLM are both a plus
- Minimum project experience of 5-6 years (all phases) on SAP MM, Invoice Verification and Logistics à. It is necessary to have recent experiences which cover the whole life cycle in SAP projects.
- Experience in day-to-day support handling (2nd and 3rd line support)
- MM (P2P) business processes knowledge.
- Integration MM-FI knowledge.
- Customizing knowledge.
- Very good English level in a professional environment: ability to lead workshops, presentations, ability to negotiate & convince business.
- Very good relational skills - Ability to independently organize necessary relations within business & IT
- Team management skills in an international multi-location setup
- High level of autonomy

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure proper running of the solution on her/his perimeter.
- Manage Support & maintenance of tickets: incidents and change requests for all affiliates.
- Active participation to Transformation Project
- Workshops leading with key users.
- Functional analysis of the business requirements: impact analysis, feasibility, workload estimation.
- Write Business Blueprints and Functional Specifications.
- Perform customizing.
- Organize, prepare and manage testing.
- Coordination with the Business Process Analyst and Business Process Owner of the implementation of the correction or new functionality.
- Provide assistance and training sessions to key-users and end-users.
- Respect of procedures, best practices, policies.
