French Speaking MSBI Consultant with Tableau Development Skills

Main Responsibilities:
- Follow-up of the technological platform and the developments carried out under Tableau, its integration with the ICRC and the links with other ERP or customized applications
- Study and preparation for the implementation of a new Data Warehouse, replacing an aging solution

Experience Required:
- Expertise recognized under Tableau, at the level of installation/parameterization, as well as development, integration and dissemination of reports.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server 2008/2012 and +, a very good knowledge of SSIS and SSAS, SSRS would be a plus
- Successful experience in L3 operation of a Data Warehouse and the provision of DataMarts and ODS according to technical and business needs
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 environments
- Common use of Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office 2013 tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft TFS 2013 is a plus that will be appreciated
- Knowledge of Casewise, or any other application mapping software, is also a non-negligible
- Certified or trained to ITIL requirements or equivalent, able to conduct and follow operations within a defined framework, and to prepare any documentation or procedure to be followed allowing the L2 to meet the requirements encountered in an international company
- Fluent French, very good written and oral comprehension of English

Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance to project teams (IT and business oriented) for monitoring the writing of detailed functional and technical specifications
- Support and maintenance of the solution Tableau installed on the ICRC environment, monitoring of developments and integrations, mapping of the data used
- Monitoring of SQL flows allowing the provision of information disseminated in Tableau, creation and maintenance of datamarts, security management
-Control, optimization and maintenance of SSIS packages, monitoring deployments on the ICRC environment
- Study of the current Data Warehouse environment in order to allow a migration to a Microsoft solution, more in the standards of the institution
- Force of proposal, according to the demands and needs, on these technical solutions
- Optimization of BI developments to meet strong performance requirements (WAN with degraded VSAT or ADSL connections)
- Writing of maintenance and support documentation, and participation in technical architecture and industrialization meetings
