French Speaking Recruiter/Researcher

IS Recruitment are looking to attract a French speaking in-house Researcher/Recruiter to join their client's global in-house recruitment team and their business operation based in West London. You will be working as part of their in-house recruitment team and will be focused on attracting candidates into their pharmaceutical teams throughout France and other European regions.

The role is for an initial six month contract paying £150 to £180 per day. For the ideal candidate, a start date of January/February 2013 (or ASAP) has been targeted.SKILLS:

- Must be fluent in French and have business level communication skills in English
- Experience of recruiting across Europe would be beneficial, as you will be responsible for reporting on recruitment activity across a number of European territories

REQUIREMENTS:

- You will partner with hiring managers and the HR Department to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to fill 20-30 new positions every 6 month period
- Positions will vary in scope and level across the company, from Research & Development, to Commercial operations and General and be able to clearly demonstrate in their CV, a successful career in candidate attraction and management through the full recruitment life cycle.
