Projektbeschreibung

In this role you will provide direct first level telephone support to end users of display products, manage customer issues and expectations of service, taking appropriate action to ship to repair or escalate to technician for further diagnosis.

The team is multilingual covering much of Europe. This role is for a French speaker so you must be fluent in written and oral French in order to be considered for the role. Other languages skills are desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate would have good IT skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, experience of working with customers from different European culture, good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with a calm telephone manner.

The successful candidate will be employed by Adecco. Employment will commence following completion of a basic background clearance.
