French Fluent Customers Solutions Representative

A large organisation based in the Luton area are looking for a Fluent French speaker with good experience of working in a customer service focused environment. Successful candidates will:

Have perfect French and English speaking skills; a good understanding of customer service; good knowledge of Excel and Windows-based applications; worked and delivered to deadlines; engage in meetings with customers and management.

Daily Role:

- Handling fluent language customer contacts, including responding to incoming phone calls and correspondence in the form of letters, emails and faxes
- Spoken and written language skills to fluent standard (including business correspondence), thorough understanding of the native culture
- Delivering service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner
- Meet ECCC standards in volume, quality, performance & attendance
- Follow ECCC Policies and Procedures in a positive manner
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, initiative, and flexibility in performing daily job functions
