French Financial Accountant

My client, a FTSE 100 company based in London, is seeking a fluent French Financial Accountant to work across its French market, providing high level reporting to both IFRS and local GAAP standards.

Working with core internal divisions, outsourced suppliers and European wide finance teams they are seeking a highly technical accountant with strong communication skills and proven experience working across multiple territories. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring compliance with Group policies and procedures under French GAAP and IFRS
Contribution towards the production and consolidation of the Group Statutory accounts
Completion of year-end reporting
Liaising with the statutory auditors to ensure their requirements are met

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a strong financial reporting and technical accounting background. Fluency in French and English is essential for this role
