French/English speaking Enterprise Architect Cirrato Print Services
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a French/English speaking Enterprise Architect to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Zurich.
As a French/English speaking Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for:
-Design, Implementation and Administration of large complex managed Print Services
-Experience in creating SMTD, LLD, HLD documents for the solution
-As an consultant/architect, this role should be closely working customer enterprise architects on solution design, approval process, and implementation of approved solution
-Should have experience in design, implementation, Configuration Cirrato/Wintel based printers/print queues, global policies, rules and customization of MFD
-Providing the global and country level customized solution as per the customer requirement
-Migration of old print queue to new centralized print queue solution
-Support and troubleshooting technical issues
-Provide guest printing solution for BYOD device through email print solution
-Print driver management in line with customer requirement
As a Enterprise Architect you will have:
->10 years Expertise in Managed service deals, architectural design experience, end user computing engagement experience
-Strong technical IT skills with in-depth knowledge of managed print services.
-Experience in design, implementation and migration of managed print solutions
-Good knowledge in IT infrastructure, Printing & Secure Pull Printing, Workflow and Documentation Management technologies and applications.
-Knowledge in all type of MFD printers and drivers management cycle
-Experience in delivering the guest and mobile printing solution
-Excellent customer relationship skills, presentation and communication skills
-"Self Starter" and be able to take the initiative with ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.
-Should have ITIL Awareness
-Proficient in windows Server Operating Systems administration, preferably Win2K12, Wintel based Print server environment
-Configuration
-Managed printing solution
-Cirrato or any other third party tool for administrating Print solution
