Key Responsibilities

*Deliver guidance to the scrum teams
*Support the teams to self organize and self manage, through day to day follow up
*Help the teams to apply Agile principles
*Help the company to adopt Agile principles

Required Skills

*Certification as Scrum Master
*Experience as Scrum Master: 6 years +
*Experience in Agile principles: 6 years +
*Understanding of Software engineering tools
*Understanding of Business strategy
*Proactive personality
*Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with various stakeholders and explain complex solutions in clear and concise language
*Successful candidate will be able to speak French, Dutch and English
