French/Dutch/English Speaking Knowledge Management Consultant with goo

For my client in Brussels, I am currently looking for a French/Dutch/English speaking Knowledge Management Consultant with good knowledge of Sharepoint. The Knowledge Manager Consultant will be working in close collaboration with the IT department to improve the communication and collaboration capabilities of different  Business Units. This is initially a 6 months contract with good option to extend.

As Knowledge Management Consultant you will primarily be in charge of translating Business objectives and ideas regarding Information and Knowledge Management concepts & principles.

This includes:

Identify needs for Knowledge Management and propose a strategy to meet the organization's needs

Propose long term solutions for sustainable knowledge collection, organization, and distribution including a document management strategy/solution to meet the internal organization's needs (Phase1)

Develop with the Business detailed Use Cases (usage scenarios & processes) concretizing these refined objectives and ideas

When relevant, developing the global or detailed requirements for the components to be implemented by the IT department

Facilitate the development of best practices in knowledge management which promote the integration of knowledge sharing in support of the organization's business goals

The experience and skills which are required for this role:

Business Analyst for several SharePoint projects in past years

Experience with SharePoint (ideally 2010)

Good  understanding  of  SharePoint  concepts,  capabilities and functionality

Significant experience as Business and Functional Analyst, ideally within a large company

Direct contact with Business Stakeholders
