French Customer Account Specialist

THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST PROVIDES FIRST LEVEL PHONE AND ONLINE SUPPORT (EMAIL & CHAT) FOR OUR CLIENT'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. This contract is initially for 6-month period but the most of the times the contracts are extended.

* Emphasis on driving high customer satisfaction and resolution
* Handling & resolving complaints in a sensitive manner
* With close attention to detail following the existing guidelines and procedures to minimize false positives
* Resourceful use of tools and knowledge available
* Collaboratively sharing feedback through appropriate channels related to tools, processes, or systemic user/product issues
* Engage users through rapid and safe resolution
* Educate the customers on products and services
* Recommend innovative self-service experiences

Required Credentials and Experience:

* Fluent written and spoken English essential plus Fluency in French
* 1 years' customer support experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills
* Strong Analytical thinking
* Problem Solver
* Effective Communicator
* Critical thinking and logical reasoning
* Enthusiasm and drive
* Self-driven with attention to detail
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal client supervision
