French and German Speaking Accounts/Administration Assistant (No Financial Experience Required)

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, this role is a great development opportunity and key areas of responsibility will include:
- Creation and maintenance of purchase ledger records in various systems in line with documented procedures
- Processing invoices
- Supporting customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Suggesting and supporting process improvement opportunities

The successful candidate could be a finance, administration or customer service professional:
- They will have fluent French and German business language skills.
- They will have a keen interest in improvement and process compliance.
- They will be committed to service delivery and have strong people skills.
- They will be a self-starter who can demonstrate ability to deliver.

Essential/Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in both French and German languages
- Interpersonal skills
- Energy and drive Maths & English GCSE or equivalent

Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Baan knowledge an advantage Finance or accounts payable experience would be beneficial
- Customer service or administration experience
