My client located in the city centre is looking to hire experienced French and German/Dutch speaking Technical Analysts to provide 1st and 2nd level technical support.
Candidates must be available for a face to face interview in Dublin.
Skills required:
Fluent French and (German or Dutch) (all 2 languages)
*Similar 1st or 2nd level support experience
*Understanding of Microsoft Enterprise solutions
*Understanding ICT technologies
*Ability and desire to build additional technical skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
