French and Dutch Speaking Architect

Proteus Europe is searching for a French and Dutch skilled Infrastructure Architect with experience in SAP HANA for an 8 month contract in Brussels.

Your New role:-

The main focus of the functions covered by this role are to analyse the existing system, to understand users expectations, to translate them into IT solutions and to participate in the creation of this new system.

This role is highly technical and consists in modelling and decomposing the system in order to make the right choice of hardware, software and new technologies while respecting different constraints (cost, delay and security). The product development or integration plan will be the basis of the work of developers and integrators.

Tasks
Defining of realistic and pragmatic IT architecture supporting IS and business requirements in complex environments
Experience in IT project management in large scale environments
Service delivery management
Architecture modelling and drawing
Writing of structured technical documentation
Strong capacity to explain technical topics to non-technical peoples
Open-minded, customer oriented, and always looking for cost-effective solutions
Ability to challenge the technical solutions proposed by the subject matter experts
Good experience in SAP HANA

Your Skills and Qualifications:-

Essential Skills:-
Strong general knowledge of IT covering the following technical fields:

- networks (network segmentation, Firewall/Routers, F5 BigIP, Cisco, Checkpoint, Algosec, Infoblox);
- computer and server hardware, operating systems for SAP HANA in TDI v5;
- infrastructure virtualization and consolidation;
- identity and account management
- infrastucture tooling (backup/monitoring, Scripting and tasks automation);
- IT security best practices and data protection (GDPR, disaster recovery plan, DICT)
- methodology (ArchiMate, ITIL, project management waterfall/agile)
