Freelance Web Designer/Front end Developer

We are currently on the lookout for experienced freelance front end developers with strong web design skills for both short and long term bookings with a variety of high profile clients in and around Manchester and must be willing to work inhouse.

The successful candidates will need the following:

- At least 3 years commercial experience.
- The ability to design and develop eye catching websites.
- Strong HTML(5), CSS, Javascript and jQuery skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with responsive web design.
- A strong portfolio with links to your best and most recent work.

Rate banding

If you are set up as a limited company or if you are a sole trader who would be paid through our PAYE payment structure.

Freelancers set up as a limited company would be looking at up to 32.50 per hour.

Freelancers being paid through our PAYE payment structure would be looking at up to 25 per hour plus statutory holiday pay.

For those of you thinking of applying who don't really know the advantages of working as a freelancer through an agency like Orchard I would like to mention a couple of key points.
