FREELANCE SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER C# .NET, MS AZURE - 6MTH CONTRACT - AMSTERDAM

Would you like to help develop the next-generation platform that will transform the fashion industry? My clients' ambitions stretch beyond typical E-commerce; they operate on mobile as well as web and work with huge data sets, using smart algorithms in their C# Back End. Content is served to their AngularJS Front End through their API. They believe, data drives action; users come first; smart programming comes before language.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Write Server Side code (.NET C#) for web-based applications, create robust high-volume production applications
- Develop prototypes quickly
- Work with a team of developers and product managers to ensure that engineering know-how and excellence is shared and nurtured
- Communicate your ideas clearly and concisely and generally work in a team
- Think API

QUALIFICATIONS

- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with large systems software design and development, with knowledge of .NET and Microsoft Azure
- Experience in C, C++, C#, Java and/or Python
- Preference for working in rapid development cycles (2-4 weeks)
- Comfortable with working in English
