This company located in Brussels and is actively looking for a Security Operation Engineer freelance for a contractual duration of 12 months.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You are responsible for monitoring critical, security systems and infrastructure.
- You understand and are able to identify specific security issues and are capable of formulating solutions to the problems that you identify in the different systems.
- You Assessing the risk and impact of identified issues to know which problems to escalate within the organization
- You are French or Dutch speaker and are fluent in English.
JOB PROFILE
- You have a strong experience in security operations.
- You have solid network setup and application knowledge and are able to understand the impact of issues.
- You have strong experience in working wth SIEM tools, including Symantec's SSIM.
- You are fluent in working with Windows and Linux systems.
- You understand the concepts behind Identity Management, Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure, Intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning, compliance monitoring and other typical security technology
- You understand the protective capabilities and implications of a Web Application Firewall (WAF) and an XML Firewall
- You are French or Dutch speaker and are fluent in English.
