For a major client in the South of the Netherlands I'm recruiting for an experienced process validation engineer with a strong focus on R&D. The duration of the contract is initially 12 months, but it's likely to get extended afterwards.

As a R&D process engineer you'll be responsible for designing the processes of a large scale production environment. This requires you to collaborate with other departments and setting up detailed validation protocols. It also requires a strong focus on process improvement via Lean Six Sigma.

This is quite a unique role, as it combines responsibilities of a QA-, validation- and process engineer while having a strong focus on R&D. You also have the chance to grow to a team lead position.

For this role I'm looking for someone with:

*A degree in Chemical, Process or Biological Engineering or other relevant area
*Experience as a process engineer in a R&D environment
*Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Blackbelt certified)
*Excellent communication skills English
*Knowledge of microbiology
