KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
•A minimum of 7 years of experience in Project management;
•Proven experience in Project Management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, …);
•Sound knowledge of approaches, techniques and tools used for project management, enterprise architecture modelling, business analysis such as TOGAF, UML, RUP, ARIS, etc.;
•Ability to manage the pre-project discussions providing proposals for project strategies and roadmaps, requirements follow-up, planning, definition of tasks and risk definition;
•Proven experience in managing the development and implementation of projects to deliver identified service needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality;
•Ability to manage the evolution of the software components beyond the individual projects through the definition of strategies and roadmaps and subsequent project planning including definition of tasks and deliverables, risk analysis and management, quality control, issue tracking and organisation and problem reporting;
•Experience in preparing and maintaining project and quality plans and track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate monthly and weekly reports as requested;
•Good knowledge of estimating and monitoring costs, timescales and resources for each of the individual projects as well as for the resources as a whole;
•Ability to organise and lead project progress meetings as well as meetings held with prospective clients;
•Experience in defining, managing and maintaining team and project processes;
•Ability to provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.
•Ability to integrate in an existing team in an international/multi-cultural environment;
•Good knowledge of IT tools used in the office environment;
•Client oriented;
•Excellent knowledge of written/spoken English and good knowledge of French and/or Dutch;
•University degree in an appropriate field.
