Dear Professional,

For a respected MNE client of Square One Resources I am urgently looking for experienced Freelance Project Management Officers (PMO) also known as Project Coordinators and Project Administrators.

The Professionals I am looking for have the following responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate project status reports from IT project managers
- Collect and consolidate committed and actual spend from IT project managers, track budget
- Create, maintain and publish program scorecards, program artefacts
- Support deployment of FPX (project management) practices
- Organizes conference calls, workshops with a variety of IT and business partners
- Maintains program status in Clarity
- Maintain consolidated resource plans
- Administer SOW with Infrastructure and Application Services teams
- Support creation of SDLC deliverables
- Act as the right hand of the Program Director
- Consolidate test results from HP QualityCenter

Skill requirements:
- Experience in SDLC
- PMI or FPX is a plus
- Understanding of supply chain processes is a plus
- Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS-Project
- Experience with MS-Project Server is a plus
- Given the global character of this role, fluent knowledge of English and excellent communication skills are required
