They have several very meaty clients on the go, and the work for those clients ranges from brand development to branding initiatives to brand communications. And as they anticipate being short staffed, they are want to know about freelance design directors who can mix hands-on design with project team leading as well, and who have come from one or more of the leading London corporate branding agencies.
You will be at the top of the branding game, with a folio of great work for both large and small clients - able to demonstrate you work on projects from initial concept to final brand rollout - and with some literature design as well. But this is also about creative excellence, so you'll also need to show strong concept work.
